Networking
The opportunity to meet and work with different participants from other organisations provides the ultimate chance to extend ones personal and professional network. In the programme, extra attention will be paid to this networking opportunity through specially formed Learning Communities, teambuilding moments and joint assignments. The Learning Communities are consultation groups which aim to enlarge and broaden the outcomes of the learning process. Supported by their participant supervisor, participants (learn to) reflect on their own learning, exchange experiences and test each other's insights. This process of reflection is mainly directed by the participants themselves, so they will learn from the experiences of their fellow participants as well as from the facilitators. Class sizes are kept small - typically twelve participants - so that the facilitators can spend one-on-one time with the participants to help with any specific issues they may wish to discuss.
