The MCCLO-programme is geared mainly to Turkish participants who in the future will individually and collectively influence organisations in Turkey that are forerunners in their fields. The group is composed of promising and dynamic managers or consultants from the commercial, public or non-profit sector. They have a minimum of three years relevant working experience and wish to add extra value to their professional practice. Participants will generally have a bachelor's university degree and a good command of the English language. The programme encourages participation from all backgrounds and is therefore open to applicants from all fields of study.

The number of participants is geared towards a small group setting for high level interaction. If more candidates apply than places are available, a waiting list will be prepared. Those candidates who cannot be placed directly in the programme,can be admitted to next year's course.
