Academic Director:
Robin Ladkin, PhD
Robin is a partner in his own consulting practice Learning Matters, an Associate Consultant with Ashridge Consulting Ltd, and Fellow of the Centre for Leadership Studies at the University of Exeter. Robin's coaching and consulting practice focuses on leadership in contexts of change, both at organisational and personal levels. He has experience of designing practice based academic programmes as a founder faculty member of the Ashridge Masters in Organisation Consulting and the Ashridge Doctorate in Organisational Change. He also designed the framework for MCCLO. Robin facilitates and supervises participants on these programmes, particularly enjoying witnessing their personal transformation over the course of a programme.

Programme Director:
Alper Utku
Alper Utku graduated from Bogazici University's Mechanical Engineering Department in 1991 and holds an Ashridge / Middlesex University's Doctorate in Organization Consulting. Alper is interested in transformational leadership and specifically in the themes of intimacy, presence, being real and relational leadership. He approaches his leadership practice by integrating Sufism, which is an Eastern mystical tradition, with Western theoretical traditions such as Gestalt psychology, complexity theory. Alper is the Founder and President of Management Centre Turkiye which is one of the leading organisational and leadership development firms in Turkey and the surrounding region.

Director of Development:
Dr. Alper Tengüz
Alper Tengüz is an expert in the design and execution of leadership development and large-scale organization development programmes. Until 2008, Alper was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company. He successfully led several of the firm's key client engagements with multi-billion dollar companies, often globally over an extended period, on leadership development and performance transformation. As an affiliate lecturer and program design director at the University of Frankfurt, Goethe Business School he drives the creation of new, innovative executive education programs on leadership and strategy.

Middlesex Link Tutor:
Dr. Mehmet Ali Dikerdem
Mehmet Ali is Principal Lecturer and Principal Learning Development Tutor at the Institute for Work Based Learning at Middlesex University. He is also a DProf Programme Leader and Doctoral Research Methods and Programme Planning Module Leader. After spending the first years of his life in Istanbul, Turkey, he continued his secondary and higher education in England. He read Politics and Modern History at the University of Manchester and Sociology at Sussex University. He is one of the founding members of the 30-strong Turkish-Speaking Academics at Middlesex University and the Anglo-Turkish Educational Fund.
