Strand 2:
Developing leadership
with consulting and
coaching skills
In the next four modules (January, February, April May 2012), participants will:
  • acquire an advanced understanding of the most important dimensions of coaching, consulting and leadership according to their different levels of "intimacy" (personal / family, group / organisation, intergroup / community, wider ecology);
  • be provided with a theoretical and practical basis for the different dimensions of coaching, consulting and leadership and incorporate these in their own personal practice;
  • clarify their preferred set of skills and forms of intervention, their intentions for influencing change in contemporary Turkish settings and their own theories of change;
  • conduct an Action Research project intended to investigate and influence change in a local setting in Turkey;

  • work on a variety of assignments, projects and photo-journalism.
