30 years of organising
world-class
executive education
Turkey is undergoing momentous change. Individuals, organisations and the community as a whole are in need of leaders that can help realize their potential. One thing is crystal clear: Turkey is one of the most promising and upcoming economical, political and social powers in the world.

This Masters in Coaching, Consulting and Leadership in Organisations provides its participants with the personal and professional capabilities needed to perform a leadership role in any environment. The programme will appeal to anyone committed to the future of Turkey and wanting to initiate change and be a part of it. It is for committed, young professionals who work in management in commercial, public and non-profit organisations and want to make a difference as part of a growing community of practitioners in leadership, consulting and coaching. It is an exciting, challenging, two year part-time programme accredited by Middlesex University, London and the first term of the program has began in September 2011.

- A real life focus
The MCCLO-programme is built around a process of personal development based on action learning. What the programme aims to fulfill is the participant's personal development as an influential leader. Much emphasis is placed on developing a learning community in which high levels of collaboration will be fostered. In the MCCLO-programme, we have chosen a system of short modules spread over a two-year period. From the beginning, participants are expected to combine their previous and present work experience, the content of the different modules and their influencing skills. The final project will draw on the participant's action learning abilities: how can they implement what they have learned into the community where they work? This is why the final project culminates in a project presentation not just for the programme's faculty members, but also for stakeholders from the participants own organisations.
